Key Issues - P3's present a number of issues related to anti-trust laws that are being disregarded or altered in order to permit the P3's to exist. We cannot allow monopolies of this size and nature to exist. we can't sit back by these are being built.

The introduction of AI is new and untested. P3 controls the info in and extrapolation of the data. already found to have bias. AI recommends orgs based on national strategies not based on the merit of the org. Promotes internal group of stakeholders as primary drivers of marketplace. They are the selected marketing representatives. AI used as form of targeted marketing claimed as fact. creates no form of oversight strong enough to prevent its abuse and public transparency is non existent. serious conversation needed in public -
Surveillance Capitalism
CENSORSHIP
Massive rise in censorship via partnerships with social and msm. The use of influencers without transparency. Marketing PR Bots, propaganda pushed on these channels while citizen speech regarding serious political issues of national importance is suppressed and person de-platformed all together.
PRIVACY
Precision medicine presents extreme ethical considerations when coming to individual privacy and creation of a predictive system and holding that person to that. Data says - therefore that is how we treat you. Data collection creating master profiles that will be used to determine eligibility to services and goods; as to when healthcare will be refused as a result of non compliance and profit margin decreases. citizen profiles - no transparency/access to examine information, correct the data.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS

Surveillance Capitalism - is a business model based on the continuous extraction of value from the individual in the form of fundamental personal and proprietary aspects of your person - forcefully extracted without your permission and commodified without your permission as well. This revenue stream comprised of data (after it is extracted from the individual) is reformulated, packaged as a product and repeatedly resold - it is "commodified" in the form of futures based on the characteristics of who you are, what you think, believe and feel - your motivations.
